You can find the Saslonch hut at an altitude of 2100 meters on the Ciampinoi alpine pasture in the ladin valley of Gröden .It lies directly on the crossroads of two nice and popular ski-runs. There is the worldcup descent Saslong which leads to both Wolkenstein and St. Christina. From St. Christina you can catch the new Gardena Ronda Express a subterranean railway, which comfortably brings you to the skiing area Col Raiser on the opposite side. From Wolkenstein you also have an easy access to other skiing resorts.

During summertime you can also reach the hut on foot over different hiking-tracks or with two cable railways. The Saslonch hut is the perfect place for an idyllic break on your hiking trip to relax and to fill up new, refreshing energy. |
